New e-ticket with Paula’s drawing is ready
As of today, December 14, a new e-ticket with the drawing of Paula printed on it (see the picture) will be gradually available in retail trade places. 2 million new e-tickets have been printed in total.
This year “Rīgas satiksme” marks its 15th anniversary, so the new design for the yellow e-ticket was developed by the children of the company’s employees. 16 children participated in the drawing contest, and voting for the best drawing took place from May 28 until June 30.
Paula’s drawing received 1078 votes. This is by 74 more than the drawing made by Anastasia, which gathered 1004 votes and was ranked second. 4683 votes were given for the drawings which participated in the contest.
“Rīgas satiksme” thanks its employees and their children for their readiness to participate in the contest.
“Rīgas satiksme” organizes the drawing contest for the ninth year in a row. Every visitor of the company’s website www.rigassatiksme.lv can vote for his/her favourite drawing, thus taking part in the development of a new design for the e-ticket.
